Nationwide Frozen Meat Delivery

Hafen Beef proudly ships premium beef, lamb, and pork packages nationwide across the United States. All products are professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed to maintain quality during transit.

Because we ship perishable products, proper handling and clear delivery expectations are essential.


Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on inventory and destination.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.
• Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or major holidays.


Packaging & Temperature Control

All Hafen Beef orders are packed using insulated materials designed to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit.

Each shipment includes:

  • Insulated thermal liners

  • Cooling materials (gel packs or dry ice when required)

  • Vacuum-sealed, labeled individual cuts

  • Flash-frozen product prior to shipment

Products may arrive frozen solid, partially frozen, or very cold. If the meat remains cold to the touch, it is safe to place directly into your freezer.


Delivery Timeframes

After shipment, delivery typically occurs within:

2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We use trusted national carriers to ensure reliable delivery across the continental United States.

While we monitor shipments closely, Hafen Beef cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the carrier has taken possession of the package.


📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• The 48 contiguous United States

We do not currently ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• International destinations


🏠 Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
• Promptly transferring products to freezer storage

Hafen Beef is not responsible for orders left unattended after confirmed delivery.

We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package directly.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are either:

• Calculated at checkout based on location and weight
OR
• Included in the listed product price (for select bulk packages)

All final shipping charges are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.


Damaged or Compromised Deliveries

If your order arrives:

• Warm beyond safe refrigeration temperature
• Severely damaged
• Missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the box and product condition
• A brief description of the issue

Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Approved claims may result in a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.


Address Changes & Order Modifications

Address corrections must be requested before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for verifying accurate information at checkout.


Storage Instructions

Upon arrival:

• Inspect your order immediately
• Transfer products directly to freezer storage
• Store at 0°F for optimal long-term quality

Properly frozen beef, lamb, and pork can maintain quality for 12–18 months.
